That’s 20 years of carrying around extra pounds, unhappiness, and body shame. After seven years working with people to exercise more, I realized there is a disconnect between images of young women the media tells us we should look like and how we feel about our bodies.
I started LIFT Fitness to help women after 40 build a good habit of exercise and nutrition. I have one goal: To help you build that habit so you can sustain a weight loss and be stronger in the process.
